Wayne & Ellen Patton are missionaries with Encompass World Partners who are living on the island of Cotijuba. Our family was deployed to  Brazil December of 2003 with our four children who now mostly grown. The Patton's home church is Centerville GBC located near Dayton, Ohio. They sold their home and packed their bags to serve as full time missionaries. They are living on the island of Cotijuba which is part of the city of Belém, a port city on the mouth of the Amazon River. Our ministry reaches into the Amazon river communities and interior towns. Our four children no longer reside with us. Jacob is married to Carla living in Kentucky. Lydia is teaching at an elementary school, Caleb is attending college and Josiah is pursuing a career in welding.
